A comfortable chair and a little time.
We arrange a telephone sitting of about forty-five minutes, at a time that suits. You can speak for yourself, or arrange it for someone in your family. We ask permission before recording.

You do not need to be a writer. You do not need to remember everything. One story is a lovely place to begin.
02 / The recording
Their voice, exactly as you know it.
We send you the recording and a full transcript. Keep them, share them with the family, come back to them later. They are yours whether or not you choose a book.
03 / The proof
Make sure we have it right.
If you ask us to make the Storybook, we shape one story into thirty-two illustrated pages. Read the whole proof together. Names, faces and the little details can be corrected before you approve it.
04 / The book
Ready for the next bedtime.
Your clothbound book arrives with postage included within the United States. Allow two to three weeks from the sitting. Extra copies are US$79, so each grandchild can have one.
