When you enquire

We save the contact details and information you submit so we can respond and arrange your sitting. An enquiry does not place an order or authorise payment. Please share only information you are comfortable providing.

When you speak online

Our online assistant uses OpenAI to process your voice and generate speech. Before the conversation begins, you choose whether to allow a written transcript to be saved by the press. This introductory conversation does not make a permanent audio recording. You can mute your microphone or end the conversation at any time. OpenAI may retain data under its API data policies.

When you telephone

Our telephone service uses Telnyx and OpenAI. The assistant identifies itself and asks before saving a transcript. A full storytelling sitting is arranged separately, with recording consent discussed beforehand.

Keeping and sharing your information

Enquiry details and consented transcripts are stored privately for arranging sittings and preparing your book. We do not publish your story, photographs or voice without separate permission. Technology providers process information on our behalf and may process it outside your country. We keep commission files to make future family copies, unless you ask us to delete them.

Access, corrections and deletion

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your information through our contact form. State that it is a privacy request. Oliver will review it personally. We may need to retain records required for accounting or an existing commission.
